Penalty Pixel is developed by TaPps Forge. These terms govern your relationship with the application and with TaPps Forge as its developer.
Penalty Pixel is a mobile penalty shootout game featuring Quick Match and Campaign modes. The game includes advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. No user account or registration is required.
You may use Penalty Pixel for personal, non-commercial use. The following is expressly prohibited:
Penalty Pixel displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (Google AdMob). TaPps Forge is not responsible for the content, products, or services of these third parties. The display and personalisation of ads is subject to your consent preferences and the ad network's own terms and policies.
You may manage your ad personalisation preferences through the consent dialog shown at first launch or through your device's ad settings.
All content in Penalty Pixel — including design, iconography, text, game mechanics, sounds, and code — is the property of TaPps Forge or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No rights of intellectual property are transferred to the user. You are granted only a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application.
Penalty Pixel uses the following third-party services, each subject to their own terms and privacy policies:
Penalty Pixel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TaPps Forge does not guarantee that the application will be free of errors, interruptions, or that it will be suitable for any specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaPps Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
TaPps Forge reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by updating the date on this page. Continued use of the application after the publication of changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to the rights that may correspond to you as a consumer under applicable European regulations.
